Sydney Male Choir Concert – Special Offer for Probus. Sydney Town Hall
The 2pm concert recognises the importance of men’s health & is proudly supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. The concert will feature guest artists including a jazz ensemble. Songs include Leonard Bernstein, Crosby, Stills & Nash, John Paul Young, Coldplay & Pilgrim’s Chorus from the Opera Tannhauser.

Cliff Bridge Walk - a $2.50 Outing (Updated)
9.10am Meet at Town Hall Station - Platform 4 - Check board for Kiama/Port Kembla train.
9.24 Board train and exit at Helensburg Station.
10.18 change at Helensburg to platform 2 and catch local train to Scarborough station.
10.47 train arrives at Scarborough. From the station walk 1 kilometre downhill to Imperial Hotel. OPTION: From hotel, walk 800 metres to start of Seacliff Bridge and return to Hotel - approx 12.15 Lunch is from 12 noon
2.12pm catch No. 2 bus to Thirroul station where we can catch the express train back to Sydney (approx. 1hour 15 mins) No bookings just turn up at 9.10 at Town Hall Station. If weather doubtful on the day, check with me Pamela 0412 024 704 A long day and hopefully a goodie. As this is a $2.50 Opal card outing, no booking required. Just turn up at 9.10am at Town Hall station.

Now established as a fun night with a following!, the next Trivia will be held at Club Bradley, 74-82 Bradleys Head Road, Mosman starting at 5.30pm on Wednesday, 2nd September.
Following the quiz most people stay on for a delicious Club meal (really good food!).

CINEMA CLUB at the Orpheum
We meet at 3pm on the FIRST MONDAY of the month at the Orpheum for the movie of your choice, followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Gill sends out an email on the previous Thursday, to let you know what afternoon movies are on offer, and where you will meet for dinner afterwards.

Navy in Sydney- West Harbour Cruise
King St Wharf 3 Darling Harbour. This is a follow up to Noel Phelan’s presentation on “Remembering the Costa Concordia” at our November 2025 meeting. Noel will conduct this tour from 9:30am-1:00pm. This tour is being co-ordinated by Waverton Probus & several network Probus Clubs will participate. Places still available.
The tickets cost $75pp, including a delicious morning tea.

A Taste of the Capital in Bloom with OnCourse.
An OnCourse Tour. This is not the usual Canberra tour. It has been designed specifically for our friends from Bobbin Head Probus (our partners from the highly successful 2025 Bellingen tour) & Mosman Probus. We have requested the same coach driver & co-ordinator.
The diverse range of visits include the Fedral Olive Grove, National Arboretum, Deep Space Communication Complex, Tulip Tops Gardens, Bungendore & the Blackwattle Alpaca Farm. Brochures & booking forms will be available at the meeting. $1,795 pp with a single supplement of $440.
Mosman Probus will collect the forms and OnCourse will invoice the $200 deposit & final payment. Maximum 4 rooms remaining.
